Overview

F-5-24 is available to foreigners who have stayed for 3+ years on a tech startup (D-8-4) visa, raised KRW 300 million (approx. USD 225,000) or more in investment, and employed 2+ Korean nationals. The primary target is founders of innovative tech startups.

Eligibility

  • 13+ years of continuous residence on tech startup (D-8-4) status
  • 2Raised KRW 300 million (approx. USD 225,000) or more in investment or equivalent capital secured
  • 3Employed 2+ Korean nationals full-time for 6+ months
  • 4No criminal record
