Overview
F-5-2 permanent residency is available to foreigners holding an F-6 Marriage Visa who have maintained a genuine marriage with a Korean national for 2 or more years. Applicants must demonstrate Korean language proficiency, pass a basic aptitude review, and meet financial requirements.

Eligibility
- 12+ years of genuine marriage since obtaining F-6 visa
- 2Basic Korean language proficiency (TOPIK or KIIP)
- 3Income of applicant or spouse at or above GNI
- 4No criminal record
