Overview
F-5-11 is issued to foreigners with exceptional ability in specific fields such as science, business management, education, culture and arts, or sports. International awards, published research, patents, and similar achievements serve as review criteria.
Target Applicants
- Internationally recognized scientists and researchers
- Global business executives who have contributed to Korea
- Foreigners with outstanding achievements in arts, culture, or sports
Eligibility
- 1Demonstrated exceptional ability in a specific field
- 2International awards, published papers, patents, or similar achievements
- 3Plans for or track record of activities in Korea
- 4No criminal record

- Permanent residency application form
