Overview

The F-2 Public Interest Investment Visa is issued to foreigners who invest KRW 500 million (approx. USD 375,000) or more in public interest projects (government bonds, public funds, etc.) designated by the Minister of Justice. After maintaining the investment for 5 years or more, holders can transition to F-5-21 permanent residency.
